Personal data is only collected by Thalent SA if you provide this type of information for example when requesting us to contact you, making an appointment, simulating income, during a consultation or if you comment on our social networks using your real name.
Information that cannot be used directly to determine the identity of an individual, such as the number of visitors to a website, the number of contact requests per month, or the number of users of a website, is not or non personal data.

2. Non-personal data

Each time you access the pages of our site, general information is automatically recorded (e.g. the number and duration of visits to the various pages, the pressing of a button on a contact request). This anonymous data is not personal as it does not allow direct identification of a person and is used exclusively for statistical purposes to optimise the online offer.

3. Processing and transmission of your personal data

When you transmit your personal data to us, for example after a contact request, a salary simulation, a request for a free consultation, during a consultation, during the signing of the contract, you understand and consent that we may use and process it, within the limits and the regulation of the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP), including sharing it with third parties or subcontractors in the processes that enable us to bring consultants/potential clients to our company or if needed for the execution of the contract itself. These third parties may be located in Switzerland in other countries. If they are abroad, we will check, before disclosing the data, whether the recipient offers an adequate level of data protection (e.g. on the basis of a suitability decision for the country).

4. Personal data, right to information, correction and deletion

You have the right to request at any time, free of charge, by email or post mail, information on your personal data registered with Thalent SA. In addition, you have the right to have it corrected, deleted, its processing limited, to object to its processing, to withdraw your consent to its processing or to have incorrect data deleted. 5. Processing and transmission of your non-personal, anonymous data

If anonymous, non-personal data is transmitted, for example after accessing one of our pages, pressing a button or reading an article, you understand and consent that this data may be transmitted and processed anonymously by us and a number of third party companies based in Switzerland or abroad (Google, Facebook, etc.) using cookies, scripts, pixels and other technologies. 6. Hosting

Our internet host, Infomaniak Network SA, Avenue de la Praille 26, CH-1227 Geneva is a Swiss service provider. You understand and consent that as a result personal and non-personal data even if encrypted via SSL may be transmitted to this company indirectly via the website or that it may have access to such data even if it does not read or use it or have formal authorisation to do so. As Infomaniak Network SA has its servers in Switzerland, the company is also subject to Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.

7. Newsletter and Marketing Emails

By using our site, in particular if you use our contact forms, request a free consultation, a callback or a salary simulation, you will receive some information or marketing emails from us only. You understand and agree to this fact and to the use of these channels of communication. By consenting to receive newsletters, or other marketing emails, you also agree to the use of these means of communication. If you do not wish to receive such emails, you can set your email program accordingly or ask us at any time not to receive any more emails.

8. Security

We take all necessary technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against loss or misuse during operation of our website.This includes storing data in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public.

Some of the personal data you have shared with us is therefore stored with them, once you have made a request for a consultation, a salary simulation or otherwise made contact to join or work with Thalent SA.
